Day 01 - Colombo | Anamaduwa


Upon your arrival at the Bandaranaike International Airport in Katunayake, our team will be there to welcome you.

From there, you will be transferred to a comfortable hotel in Anamaduwa, where you can relax and unwind.


During the day you will also get the chance to enjoy a two hour dolphin watching tour along with an invigorating two hour nature walk.

Day 02 - Anamaduwa | Yapahuwa


Experience the Beauty of Rural Sri Lanka on a Bike Tour.

Begin your day with a hearty breakfast at the hotel before embarking on your bike journey. The tour starts from the hotel and follows a tarmac road that runs beside picturesque views, such as fertile paddy fields, vast man-made reservoirs that glisten in the sunlight, and charming little villages. The daytime temperature in the area typically ranges between 27 and 34 degrees Celsius. The ride is relatively easy, as the terrain is flat without any slopes or hills.

Enjoy the stunning rural landscapes as you pedal towards Yapahuwa.


Explore Yapahuwa's Ancient Ruins and Nature.

Upon arriving in Yapahuwa, take a break before embarking on an adventure to explore the ancient ruins of this former capital. The old city boasts a variety of intriguing attractions such as caves, shrines, moats, ramparts, and the remains of a temple that once housed the sacred tooth relic of the Lord Buddha.

For bird enthusiasts, Yapahuwa is a paradise to behold!


After your excursion, you will check-in to your hotel in Yapahuwa.

Day 03 - Yapahuwa | Anuradhapura


Explore Anuradhapura on Two Wheels.

Begin your day with a delicious breakfast at your hotel before being transported to Anuradhapura in a comfortable air-conditioned vehicle. After checking in and taking a short break, hop on a bicycle and discover the region's beauty! The cycling tour from your hotel to the ancient city of Anuradhapura will take you across charming rural landscapes.

Anuradhapura is a fascinating destination as it was one of the first capitals in the country. During the day, our guests will visit the Atamasthana, which is a collection of eight significant places of Buddhist worship. The temperature in the city averages between 32 to 34 degrees Celsius so you will naturally yearn for a good thirst quencher!

You can try out the local favourite, a king coconut drink and rest by shady trees.


After your tour, you will arrive check – in to a hotel in Anuradhapura.

Day 04 - Anuradhapura | Trincomalee


After enjoying a hearty breakfast at the hotel you will leave Anuradhapura and travel to Trincomalee.


Trincomalee: A Mesmerizing Destination.


Trincomalee is a breathtaking location, adorned with pristine white sandy beaches, ancient colonial monuments and temples, and has served as a significant trading port since ancient times. Some of the must-visit attractions include the natural harbor, Kanniya Hot Springs, and the famous beaches of Nilaveli and Uppuveli. Take a sightseeing tour and immerse yourself in the beauty of Trincomalee.


As the day draws to a close head over to your hotel in Trincomalee for dinner.

Day 05 - Trincomalee


Discovering the Wonders of Trincomalee:

Breakfast at the Hotel and Exploring the Sights! Begin the day with a delicious breakfast at the hotel, and get ready to explore the wonders of Trincomalee! From May to October, go on an enthralling dolphin watching expedition. Snorkeling in Pigeon Island is a delightful treat that's available year-round. The coral reef here is 200 meters long and 100 meters wide, with around 100 coral species and 300 reef fish species found in this marine national park.

The island is also home to large flocks of rock pigeons, making it a fascinating place to explore. Hawksbill turtles, green turtles, and Olive Ridley turtles also visit the island's shores to lay their eggs.


Return to Pigeon Island Resort and unwind with a relaxing ayurvedic massage.

Day 06 - Trincomalee | Gal Oya


Exploring the Gal Oya National Park: A Memorable Day Trip Start your day with a satisfying breakfast at the hotel before embarking on an exciting journey to Gal Oya.


Upon arrival, you'll have the chance to explore the stunning Gal Oya National Park, which boasts elevations ranging from 30 to 900 metres. The park is teeming with thriving flora and fauna, providing an ideal environment for a day of exploration.

You can choose to traverse the park via a jeep or opt for a boat safari, which offers a unique opportunity to witness elephants frolicking in the picturesque Senanayake Samudra reservoir.


Additionally, the boat safari will take you to the breathtaking Bird Island, where you'll be able to observe an array of winged creatures soaring through the trees.


Return to the Gal Oya Lodge after the safari and relax for the rest of the day.

Day 07 - Gal Oya | Mahiyanganaya


Experience a fulfilling breakfast at the hotel before setting off on a cycling adventure from Gal Oya to Mahiyanganaya.

You will traverse through forests and small villages as you cruise down the flat tarmac road. During the dry season, temperatures may fluctuate between 26 to 32 degrees Celsius, and between 25 to 26 degrees Celsius during the rainy season. As you pedal through, combat fatigue by indulging in fresh local fruits sold by amiable roadside vendors.


Enjoy a well-deserved rest and a hearty dinner at a hotel in Mahiyanganaya.

Day 08 - Knuckles Mountain Range

Start your day with a delightful picnic breakfast and prepare to venture into the stunning Knuckles Mountain Range.

The Dothalugala trail will take you through an easy path to reach the summit of the mountain. Discover the Natural Wonders of Knuckles Mountain Range With over 128 bird species, 288 amphibian species, 60 butterfly species, 31 mammal species, and 1,033 flowering plant species, Knuckles Mountain Range is a haven for nature enthusiasts. The cool climate in Kandy adds to the charm of trekking in this region. Upon reaching the summit, prepare to be amazed by the breathtaking natural beauty that surrounds you. Journey Down the Mountain to Kandy Against the wind, descend the mountain and reach the mossy banks of a glistening river. This is the perfect spot to take a break and unwind while enjoying a delectable picnic lunch.

Day 09 - Kandy


Start your day off right with a delectable breakfast at the hotel because it's going to be an amazing day full of adventures! Kandy, an ancient city and UNESCO World Heritage Site, is brimming with vibrant culture, rich traditions, and fascinating history. During your exploration, you'll visit the Arts & Crafts Centre, Kandy Town and Bazaar, a lapidary, and a gem museum – all must-see attractions!


Experience the Wonders of Sri Lankan Culture at Sri Dalada Maligawa As the sun dips below the hills, make your way to Sri Dalada Maligawa, where the Sacred Tooth Relic of Lord Buddha is kept. This holy site is one of the most significant places of worship for Buddhists in the region.


End your day with a stunning cultural display, complete with traditional Sri Lankan dance performances. Head back to your hotel to unwind and relax in comfort and to savour a hearty meal.

Day 10 - Kandy | Colombo


Experience the Ultimate Cycling Adventure from Gal Oya to Mahiyanganaya.

Start your day with a delicious breakfast at the hotel before embarking on an unforgettable cycling expedition. As you pedal along the level tarmac road, you'll pass through lush forests and charming small villages. During the dry season, expect temperatures to range between 26 and 32 degrees Celsius, while during the rainy season, it's between 25 and 26 degrees Celsius.


Keep your energy up with fresh local fruits, sold by friendly roadside vendors, to help you push through any exhaustion.

Day 11 - Colombo


You will be transferred to the Bandaranaike International Airport in Katunayake from the hotel in Colombo. It’s time to bid adieu to the gorgeous island of Sri Lanka.
