Ayurveda and Wellness - 16 days

Ayurveda is a traditional healing system that originated in India and is now widely used in Sri Lanka. It is based on the belief that health and wellness depend on a delicate balance between the mind, body, and spirit. Ayurveda practitioners use natural remedies, such as herbal medicines, massage, and dietary changes, to restore balance and promote health.

Day 01 - Colombo l Wadduwa

At the airport, you will be greeted by our guide and then will take you into the Wadduwa.

Overnight stay in Wadduwa.

Day 02-15 - Wadduwa

• Morning Yoga Session.

• Doctor Consultation and Panchakarma Treatment(Approx. 2.5 hrs)

• Ayurveda supplements and medicines.

Day 16 - Waddduwa l Colombo

After breakfast proceed to Colombo for a mini-city tour (If time permits).

After Enjoying the Colombo City tour, your guide will take you back to the international airport for a safe journey.

• Any change in tax structure resulting from the hike in published tariff.

• Any video / still camera fee to the monuments and places of visit

• Any other item not explicitly mentioned under price includes.

• Bar, telephone and laundry bills

• Tips to guides, restaurants, and hotel lobby. Tipping is expected.

Other Conditions :

Optional excursions and additional services could be provided for which we will charge additionally. Visits to wildlife parks will be at client's own risk.

Safari vehicles (none air-conditioned) available are very basic with basic insurance cover (not comprehensive as in the case of vehicles used for tours).
