Day 01 - Colombo l Beruwala

Day 02-07 - Beruwala

The treatments will commence from day two onwards. A Relaxing Retreat: A Seven-Day Treatment Plan Start your day with a yoga session that will soothe your mind and soul. For seven days, enjoy daily treatments lasting about two hours each, including Shirodhara, synchronized body massages by two therapists, and oral medicine to create perfect inner balance. Come and experience a truly rejuvenating experience. Evenings will be colored with entertainment (thrice a week), with cultural shows, oriental music, or flute music.

Explore Sri Lanka's Natural Beauty and Heritage If you have extra time, consider venturing out to experience Sri Lanka's breathtaking natural scenery and rich heritage by touring nearby attractions. Here are some suggestions to add to your itinerary:

• Lunuganga, a beautiful estate and gardens

• Kosgoda Turtle Hatchery, where you can observe baby turtles and learn about conservation efforts

• Madu Ganga, offering river safaris and a chance to see local wildlife

• A moonstone mine, where you can witness the mining process and purchase unique jewelry

• The historic city of Galle, with its charming architecture, museums, and vibrant culture.

Day 08 - Beruwala l Colombo

Prior to the departure, the ayurvedic Doctor will provide instruction on the ways and means of leading a healthy life.

Optional excursions and additional services could be provided for which we will charge additionally. Visits to wildlife parks will be at client's own risk.

Safari vehicles (none air-conditioned) available are very basic with basic insurance cover (not comprehensive as in the case of vehicles used for tours).
