Itinerary
Day 1: Scenic Transfer to Nuwara Eliya
7:00 AM: Depart from your hotel in Kandy or Kitulgala and transfer to Nuwara Eliya. En route, visit the picturesque St. Clair and Devon waterfalls in Talawakele.
12:00 PM: Arrive in Nuwara Eliya and savor lunch at a local restaurant (direct payment).
After lunch, visit Pedro Tea Factory and plantation, where you can observe the tea production process and even try your hand at plucking tea leaves with estate workers.
Enjoy a leisurely boat ride on Gregory Lake followed by a city tour exploring Nuwara Eliya's colonial-era charm.
Overnight stay at a 3-star hotel in Nuwara Eliya, with accommodation on a Bed & Breakfast basis.
Day 2: Horton Plains and World’s End Adventure
6:00 AM: Start early with a packed breakfast and transfer to Horton Plains National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
7:30 AM: Embark on a guided nature walk to World’s End, an awe-inspiring viewpoint. Along the trail, spot unique wildlife like the Rhino-horned and Hump-nosed lizards, Yellow-eared Bulbuls, and Bear Monkeys. Keep an eye out for Sambar deer grazing in the plains.
2:00 PM: Return to Nuwara Eliya and proceed to your next destination.
